Job responsibilities:

1. Responsible for receiving orders, giving quotations and completing orders.

2. Responsible for communication with foreign clients.

3. Deal with customer complaints. 

Qualification:

1. College or above with international trade, English, marketing background or relevant. CET6 or above.

2. Knowledge of MS-office tools and ERP system.

3. Fluent in English, excellent in English business correspondence.  

4. Strong ability of communication with clients.

5. Good sense of customer service.

6. Good professional ethics, high loyalty, strong sense of responsibility and discipline.

7. Have a rigorous, pragmatic style and an excellent quality of unity and cooperation and a fast-learning ability.

8. Excellent at communication, management and coordination.
